My thanks to Sarah Fragoso and Jason Seib for having me on their podcast. In this podcast we discuss overtraining, training addiction (hypergymnasia), meditation, and a lot of other great stuff structured around health, training, and de-stressing! I had a wonderful time on the show and Sarah and Jason clearly get that that training needs to be moderated for the individual, and the days of collectivism in training need to be over!
